2. Payments
• Full or partial payment may be required before work begins, depending on the project.
• All payments are non-refundable once work has started.
• Late payments may result in paused or delayed project delivery.
• Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice for future bookings.
3. Revisions & Scope of Work
• Each project includes a limited number of revisions, as specified in your selected package.
• Additional revisions, changes, or requests beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.
• Major changes to the project after approval may require a new agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Deliver requested content (text, images, branding assets) on time
• Respond to communication in a timely manner
Delays caused by missing client materials or feedback may affect delivery timelines and are not the responsibility of Gabrielle Studios.
5. Project Timelines
All timelines provided are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by the client, third-party platforms, or unforeseen circumstances are not grounds for refunds.
6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
• All designs remain the property of Gabrielle Studios until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, the client receives full usage rights for the delivered final design.
• Gabrielle Studios retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. No Guarantees
Gabrielle Studios does not guarantee specific business results, including but not limited to:
• Sales
• Leads
• Revenue
• Website traffic
• Conversion rates
All services are creative and strategic services delivered to the best of our professional ability, but results depend on multiple external factors outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
Gabrielle Studios shall not be held liable for:
• Any loss of income, revenue, or data
• Technical issues related to hosting, third-party platforms, or service providers
• Client misuse of delivered designs or websites
The client agrees that Gabrielle Studios’ maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
9. Third-Party Services
We may use or integrate third-party platforms such as:
• Hosting providers
• Website builders
• Contact form services
• Payment providers
Gabrielle Studios is not responsible for the performance, security, or policies of third-party services.
10. Cancellation & Termination
• Gabrielle Studios reserves the right to refuse or terminate a project at any time if the client violates these terms.
• If the client cancels after work has started, no refunds will be issued.
11. Confidentiality
All client information, project materials, and communication will be treated as confidential unless required by law or agreed upon in writing.
12. Force Majeure
Gabrielle Studios is not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, accidents, technical failures, or natural disasters.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively under Norwegian jurisdiction.
14. Changes to These Terms
Gabrielle Studios reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on this page.
